"Since the installation of BOSSCARS and the integration directly into Banner, the accuracy of tickets and permits has improved 100%. Our legacy system did not provide for a method of data validation and was a standalone system outside of Banner. With BOSSCARS, all of the information regarding a student, or faculty or staff member is already available through Banner which eliminates duplicate data entry and improves data accuracy. Another area we are totally satisfied with is the ability to monetarily track our permits and parking violations. With BOSSCARS, once permits or tickets are issued and then subsequently paid, the information is updated in the individual's account in Banner; a process that never existed before. Reconciliation of money between BOSSCARS and Banner is seamless and the hours needed to produce this type of reporting has been eliminated.
